The founder of The 304 Paranormal project has been involved in the Paranormal community for over 20 years. He has lived in Harpers Ferry WV for most of his life. With his extensive knowledge of local folklore and legends he is focused in bringing a spotlight to the lesser known, and yet, incredibly frightening haunted history of the mountain state.
